Abstract

The company relies on human resource (HR) development through training that enhances employees' technical, managerial, and soft skills. This study views technopreneurship as a synergy between technology and entrepreneurship, with an international dimension that emphasizes global conditions. It also outlines the UPMI Faculty of Medan's Economic plan for the 2040 technopreneur vision to support Indonesia's 2050 economic targets. A literature review from KBBI, Dessler, Ndraha, and Depositario et al. Was used to apply a contextual approach. The results show that international technopreneurs are capable of creating jobs, digital economic growth, and more competitive innovations. This study analyzes the implementation of the roadmap through a strategic approach, including enhancing lecturer competencies, global partnerships, and an innovation ecosystem, to develop human resources that are not only proficient in the conventional economy but also internationally market-oriented.
