Abstract
This research focuses on how the use of the spaylater feature and sales promotions affect implusive purchases in Medan city. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Effect of Using the SPayLater Feature on Shopee E-Commerce and Sales Promotion partially and simultaneously on Implusive Purchases Among Generation Z in Medan City. This research uses quantitative methods, data collection using research instruments with 100 people as samples with purposive sampling techniques by distributing Likert scale questionnaires and measured with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed that partially or the t test gave the results that the use of the spaylater feature (X1) partially had no effect on implusive purchases among generation Z in Medan city, as evidenced by the test results Thitung 1.290 < Ttabel 1.985 where, it is known that Ttabel is greater than Thitung so that it is said to have no significant effect and the t test results on Sales Promotion (X2) partially had a significant effect on implusive purchasing decisions among generation Z in Medan city. This is evidenced based on testing with Thitung 8.410> Ttabel 1.985. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression analysis test and the F test, the results show that the variables of the Use of the Spaylater Feature on Shopee E-Commerce and Sales Promotion simultaneously or together have a significant effect on implusive purchases among generation Z in Medan city. This is evidenced based on testing with Fcount 91.645> Ftable 3.090. Meanwhile, the percentage of influence of using the spaylater feature and sales promotion on implusive purchases is 65.4%.
