Abstract
Covering Mucuna bracteate L. cuttings plays a crucial role in the survival percentage of this plant, as it helps maintain optimal humidity and temperature levels. The adjustment process after the cover is opened is very important before moving the cuttings to open ground. This research aims to measure the impact of closure on the survival rate of cuttings, using a Randomized Block Design (RAK). By providing Topsoil (K0), Topsoil + Sand (K1), Topsoil + Black Soil (K2), Topsoil + Cow Manure (K3) treatment. The results showed that a closing time of 3 WAP provided a high survival rate of 85% for Mucuna growth, with the measured parameters namely plant height, number of leaves, and vegetative biomass. Further research needs to be carried out to explore other factors that can support the successful propagation of Mucuna Bracteata L.
